***Cancellations or Changing times***

A 48 hr notice is required to change any times or dates of moves.  charges of a minimum 1 hr will be billed when last minute changes of cancellations occur!  This includes costs of vehicle upgrades.  i will try to best to facilitate but just plan ahead folks and stick to it!

For moving, international moves, home and garden services:

- 25 chf travel fee
- 100 chf per hour

The Man + A Second man and the van:
- 50 chf travel fee
- 180 chf per hour
-ADDITIONAL WORKERS AT ADDITIONAL COST

Rate surcharges:
1. Evenings after 20.00uhr
- 25 chf per hour additional charge per man
2. Weekends (Saturday, sunday or holidays)
-25chf per hour additional charge per man
***for example weekend work that is late or overnight would then be both surcharges added so 50chf per hour per man***

additonal charge: 
travel and Transportation 
Here is the rundown:  Everything costs something including wear & tear on the van, insurance, fuel, parts, etc.  these all have to be accounted for!  the rates are below:

kilometer charge:
-Applied to every job or move
- km are calculated from travel from and to the office in wädenswil
- km is billed at.50chf/km for one man and the van
- 1CHF/KM FOR TWO MEN AND THE VAN

vehicle upgrades:
- vehicle upgrades are available and at the cost of the customer
- from larger vans to trucks with lift on it
- pricing ranges generally from 150-250chf
*Prices general increase during specified moving months and beginning/end of the month just to be aware
- longer distance moves with a vehicle upgrade are more expensive
- costs of the full rental will be billed for cancellations within 48hrs before moving time * see on top of page for more cancellations costs

**Equipment Pauschal**
-When additional machines or specialized tools are utilized there will be a equipment usage cost added per piece of equipment
- 100chf/each: lawnmower , hedge trimmer, and powerwasher
- 50chf/each: blower, weed whipper, etc  

when total km is 150km or greater
-  1CHF/KM IS CHARGED
- Fuel cost is added

For moves with two men
- 1chf/km is charged
- 2 man job over 150km of travel is 2chf/km


for entsorgung (recycling):
- 100 chf for a 30 minute load time
- then 100 chf per hour after rounded up to nearest half hour
- second man is extra 75chf/HR
- 25chf/hr/man surcharge is added if weekend or after 20:00
***Plus***
Recycle fee
- Tier 1:  30 chf for 000-099 kg
- Tier 2:  60 chf for 100-199 kg
- Tier 3:  100 chf for 200-299 kg
 - Tier 4:  150 chf for 300-399 kg
300+ kg is a lot of heavy items and also wear on the van!  
each following tier is approximately 50chf per 100kg.
Multiple loads will each have their own recycle fee. 
a normal van load is between 0 and 200 kg.
additional tiers are a minimum of 50chf per tier
-Tires are extra 10chf per tire

Any Discrepancies ?
Everything is listed here to avoid any such thing.  Being based on an hourly rate the time required is what is billed.  If extra items are added the day of the services, the final invoice may be over the estimate.

If any Damages occur, they should be reported at the time of the service.  If not they can be reported to be considered within 10 days of the move for inspection and reconciliation.  If an inspection takes place and nothing is noted and/or all is verbally agreed to be ok, then the case is closed.  After 10 days from service, all is set and final.  Thank you for understanding.

thoughts from the man with the van

I work great and I work efficient and I love my work!  There are many other companies out there that charge an arm and a leg for similar service and also a handful of companies or private persons who charge less  I still feel like it is a deal to have me as your selected business to assist you.  I am proud of my work, I am proud that I am fit and also proud of my spatial recognition to move many things into tight spaces.  Many people have found me through word of mouth which is awesome especially when you let actions speak for your work!  Although property manintenance (green work for properties), moving services and entsorgung services are the most popular right now, I also offer many other services!  Feel free to browse or send me a message and see how I can make your day better!  Peace and Love!
